Provide project (product) specifications and data

Review work within specified time periods
We are not liable for errors due to incorrect instructions or data provided.
Fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed
Fees are negotiated up-front
Advance or milestone payments may be necessary
Failure to pay on time may lead to termination or suspension of services
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Any materials supplied by the client remain the client’s property
Deliverables become the client’s property upon complete payment
dataqix reserves the right to use non-confidential materials in its portfolio or promotion
We have reasonable administrative, technical and physical security measures in place to secure your data. However:
You must ensure that your data is compliant with U.S. regulations
We cannot provide 100% security on the internet
Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are available upon request
You shall not use our services to process or handle data that is in violation of any U.S. laws, regulations or rules, including but not limited to:
Intellectual property laws
Privacy regulations
Consumer or financial laws
To the maximum extent allowed by U.S. law, dataqix shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental or consequential damages
Loss of profits, revenue, or data
Business interruption
We shall not be liable for more than the total fee you have paid for the service.
You shall indemnify and hold dataqix harmless against any claims, damages, liabilities or expenses resulting from:
