The client is a leading Real estate firm based in the US, running their business from a mix of spreadsheets, email threads, and paperwork. On adopting HubSpot CRM, they have been required to submit  2 years of property listings, leads, and client contacts entered into the system before they could actually use it.

Client’s Requirement

The requirement was for an outsourcing partner to enlist all the data into the system for further use.  They need to provide organised and usable data to them before proceeding.

Starting from scratch, we exported their spreadsheets and scanned notes to enter all 950 contacts and property records into HubSpot with consistent formatting, correct field mapping, and tagged deal stages. Every record was cross-checked to eliminate errors, if any, before delivery.
